A graduate of TMCC Holm Glad College, and a student of the Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Early Childhood Education) Programme (Four-year Full-time), Miss Chow Fu Yee has been granted "Early Childhood Education Scholarship" in the 2011/12 academic year. She has excellent academic achievements and has participated in extra-curricular activities as well as community services.
